Credit Cards:

We accept VISA, MC, Discover and AMEX.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

You may also place your order online and call in your credit card details. Or simply browse through the web site, and then call us to place your order with us over the phone.

We do not process the charge to your credit card until we are actually shipping your order.
Checks or Money Orders:

We accept checks, if everything is in order. Orders paid for with Postal Money orders are shipped right away. With personal checks and other money orders we reserve the right to wait until the check clears at the bank before shipping the order. Please make checks payable to "Bright Water Gallery".
PayPal:
We accept PayPal at paypal@artofrowing.com Our shopping cart will provide a link directly over to PayPal when you place your order. If you are unsure of the amount, or need to ask a question before finalizing your payment, just e-mail us so we can answer your questions and send you a separate PayPal invoice.
Sales Tax:

Mass State Sales tax is 5%, so we must add that on to orders destined within the state.
Refunds & Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know immediately so we can make necessary adjustments. We accept returns and exchanges only within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Shipping Options from The Art of Rowing

We ship via USPS, DHL, Fedex, whatever the best way seems to be. To ensure that your artwork will arrive in perfect condition we use heavy duty tubes to ship prints and posters in. If your order encountered some distress along the way, please call or email us right away so we can fix the problem.
Gift Wrapping & Shipping
Let The Art of Rowing gift wrap it for you

We now offer gift wrapping as an option on most items we sell. If you would like a particular message on a gift card, or would like several items packed together as one gift, please simply explain what you'd like in the comments field in the shopping cart. We will see that message when we put your order together, and will contact you if we have any questions.
Domestic (US) Shipping:

Our shopping cart on the web site now calculates the shipping charges for domestic, and international standard shipments. TThe web site calculates the shipping charge according to the estimated size and weight of the package, along with the destination information.

If the shipping charge does not look correct to you - please add a comment to your order, and we will double check it before we charge you.
International Shipping:

Our shopping cart on the web site now calculates the shipping charges for international standard shipments. We use the US Postal Service for our international shipments. The web site calculates the shipping charge according to the estimated size and weight of the package, along with the destination information.

Express Shipping:

We can do express shipping, either through the FEDEX , USPS or UPS as long as you are willing to pay for the freight charges. If you want express shipping, please send a separate email to us referencing your order, with EXPRESS SHIPPING in the subject line, and include a phone number so we can speak with you to make arrangements. Although the shopping cart will show the standard shipping rates, we will adjust your order total accordingly.
